Yeah new phones!

As anyone that's been around me knows, I hated my phone. The very day we were eligible for new phones, we immediately ordered new Treo phones. We got refurbished 750's for $99. What a steal. I'm soo excited about having a Treo again. These are the best phones on the market. Erin's been playing with an iPhone and might argue that they are better but I hated the high use of the touch screen and the iPhone is all touch.

Lake House

We went up to see the lake house this weekend after getting the home inspection done earlier in the week. All of the issues seem to be fairly minor except for needing a new roof. I'm not really sure why every place I buy needs a new roof. Must be cuz I know someone who used to do roofs. :) Here's a couple pix of the place.
